Do you have a sensei? If not, then no. Sorry, but you really can't learn online. You really need a qualified teacher. :)

There are lots of books and videos out there, but understandably there's not much out there for free.

Any teaching aids are only good in conjunction with a sensei. If you don't have a sensei, find one. :smiley:

most of the online stuff describes how the techniques work, not how the techniques are done. i've tried doing this also.
