I'm probably going to end up going with the Salinas dojo, but I'm not going to compete... Still need to purchase some bogu. :smiley:

I don't think I'll go since I'm moving into a new house this week, but you never know. :) I won't be competing however. I'm also a little worried about the parking situation. Maybe we'll see you there.

P.S. - Calling it "San Fran" is a great way to tell everyone you are from the sticks. The locals usually call it "the City."

I just got back from the taikai, and it was pretty interesting. I was gone some of the time, browsing Japantown, but the parts I saw were great.

If you were there for the whole thing, on the final match between Salinas dojo and San Francisco dojo, I was one of the 3 people sitting behind Salinas dojo... AKA- the only girl.
