Guys, in PC no start button appears, is there something wrong with my PC or do I need to set my PC up for this ?

Guys, in PC no start button appears, is there something wrong with my PC or do I need to set my PC up for this ?It takes a bit to load, but if nothing pops up, you should get the latest version of java and/or flash. Not sure which one, but one of em should work.
