I've been looking forward to buying this book for awhile now, but I've been curious on the historical accuracy of it as opposed to Yoshikawa's other masterpiece, Musashi(which I've read, it's great). I have heard that it's a little hazy on some of the facts of Hideyoshi, and his mental illness later in his life isn't discussed at all, is this true?
Any and all comments would be well appreciated.
Thanks,

No, you didn't spoil it. I mean, I already know the basics of Hideyoshi so it didn't really spoil anything for me.
Thanks a bunch. :)
