Dear kendo-ka,
is anybody able to tell me from where i can download for free a good book about kendo-waza.
Unfortunatlly, credit cards from my country are not accepted on amazaon or other e-shops.
If you can help me somehow please mail me to florentin_romania@yahoo.ca.
Thank you !

Hmmm... going to be difficult to find. A lot of web sites have general descriptions, but not specific info. These things are kind of hard to describe without being able to show in person. Perhaps those books can be ordered by mail?

The only book that I've seen that discusses waza in terms of specific technique is 'Kendo: The definitive Guide' by Hiroshi Ozawa, it has a very nice section in the back covering most of the major types of waza, and has step by step instructions accompanied by some diagrams.
Of course, nothing is better than asking your sensei to teach you instead of reading them out of a book! :D

Maybe the Kendo World team will help you out by having an article or two in Issue 4 about waza!!
