Magazine and Shipping pricing?

I am new to this forum and site. One thing that intrigued me was the magazine. It appears to be put together well, with a wealth of information offered.

One question I have concerns pricing per issue and shipping. I see that subscriptions run $40 a year, and shipping to the US is $22. Is the subscription just billed at $62 then? Or is shipping billed each time a magazine is sent?

62 bucks in total mate. :)
One lump sum. And if you want to start at issue 2 tell them and you will get 2 and 3 at the same time. 1 is sold out :(
