why won't you return my e-mails?

Hello, anyone from Kendo World mag.

I have been trying to contact an editor or subscriptions rep, but no one replys to my e-mails...

I ordered a subscription and back issues. I ordered 2.4 as a back issue, but then I noticed that subscriptions start with the "current issue." Can you start my subscription with volume 3.1, please? Please e-mail me for my subscription address, info, etc. Thanks.

Oh, thank you, thank you for replying! Yes, I used four Hotmail accounts to send about 10 e-mails, then I created a Yahoo! account and e-mailed again. I will look for your e-mail right away. I know you got the original orders because I got confirmation e-mails on them. THanks again.

I'm having the same problem. I sent a mail through Yahoo. Only a couple of times so far. I just assumed you where busy.

We have a strict policy of sending e-mail replies as soon as we receive an inquiry regardless of how busy we are.

Hamish and I both use the same editor@kendo-world.com address, so we can both see what has been replied to and what hasn't. No mails have gone unanswered, so if you haven't received a reply to an inquiry about subscriptions, book sales, etc. etc. then it is highly likely that the reply has been filtered in one of those automatic spam filters.

Maybe we should set up a HOTLINE thread on the forums for confirmation. Either way, if you haven't received a reply, please assume the worst as it was probably lost in cyberspace. If you haven't received a reply within 1 week LATEST, that is what has happened, so please let us know asap.

I use MSN and Yahoo and I often find things in my spam message box that are from friends and even some subscribed thread from this site.. Maybe they are spam any way :) (Joking).
