I was surfing around on Ebay and found a couple interesting antiques there, the first one is an old (1900-1920) do, made from bamboo, very beautiful item.

The second item is something I wonder about, it's a men made of leather in London, UK in 1932, and I was wondering if they actually did make them from leather back in the days? Or is this some rare British version different from Japanese men from the same time period?

Sorry if this thread doesn't belong in this category but I figured since these items are part of kendo history, it'd be the best place to put the thread here, to discuss these old items. :)
