Hey, was wondering how many out there would be at the nationals in Sorrento, WA next year? Looking forward to meeting all of you! Apparently there'll be Kendo training on most of the evenings as well.

Oh! Hey, you're from Perth. Are you training at UWA, Murdoch or Budokan? I'll be watching the Kendo but I think I'll be with Shooji Sensei most evenings - learning the Fan Dance!

I might see you at Budokan one of these days:)

Oh yes! Come by Budokan, they are a nice bunch. Have you met Tony Beston? He's the Kendo person in charge of the adminstration side of things. If you're not doing anything on sunday morning, come by the dojo. It's usually a very small group on Sundays, so you should be quite comfortable. We start Iaido at 8am and it goes on until 9:30am. The cafe next door is open, so we can have coffee and a bit of a chat after Iai. Or you can try some kendo with the budokan people.

Come by if you can, the invitation is open. Easy to find me, just look for the chinese chick.

Thanks for the invite, I just might have to check it out (it's about time i stoped procrastinating about starting iai :) )..we've got a kendo comp in a couple of weeks, so it could be a good chance to train with the girls and guys at budokan (Jeff has been really good to me in the past, always offering very timley advice)..

Btw, If you start kendo at any stage you'll have to come visit us at Murdoch (we're just in the gym), Wed nights from 730 and sat mornings from 9:) ... its always good to have new faces to train with
