Hi everyone,

I was just wondering if someone could help me out, how do i tie the new himos for the men and do and how do i tie the men up so as to "break" it.
Any help is much appreciated

best way to do it is to ask ur sensei..

very hard to explain it by writing

u could download some menu about the bogu..its like a PFT file..
i can't remember the exact site ..and its like 5 pages..

I am a beginner, so I don't have my bogu yet, but I have started looking into it.

Yea thanks that site with the pictures is exactly what i was looking for, i too found it in writing but found it a bit difficult. Anyway brilliant thanks for the help lads

That Halifax site needs some improvement in my opinion. See this other thread (http://www.kendo-world.com/forum/showthread.php?t=4071) about training men-dare, I made some comments there.
