Do you really do Kendo or do you need help finding a dojo? We can't teach you anything online, but we can help you find a dojo or try to answer any questions you have if you are in Kendo already.

If you want to learn the cutting art, find a place to learn tameshigiri under the direction of a qualified sensei. Well for one, you will never cut anyone in half doing kendo as your only using a shinai. Anyway Kendo and Iaido are not about cutting people up, people get different things out of it, but it seems your reasons for doing it are clouded.

Your friends are guys I help (as opposed to teach) in class. Sempai are responsible for their Kohai, Kohai are respectful to and learn from their Sempai. And, he'd have to ask his parents permission anyway, and THEY have schedules too, and so are unlikely to just get up and go. So, getting to a first practice will have to be planned in advance. They will want to know what Kendo is, and who invited him, and this is easily solved with a phone call.
