The master at my school is in the middle of redesigning the rank certificates...anyone know of where we could purchase some nice traditional certificate paper...11x17 type size for the dan belts....thanks!

u sensei should be able to make it by himself
if he knows how to write kanji and have some seals.

Why is your sensei making his own certificates, especially for dan ranks? Where do you live, where do you practice? Usually, the Local Federation is in charge of certificates.... I do not think just anyone can make authentic certificates.

i don't think my sensei make his own..

I use to work @ a old certificate shop only for a week.
where they have all kinds of certificates ...
just print on some special paper and run it thru a machine.

My dojo gave out Dojo certifcates, there not official by any means but my Sensei wanted to give us something after our Shinza , even just to hang up on the wall because Menjo's take foreeeeevvvverrrrr to arrive.

Cheers They can't. If they want it to be legit, it must come from the Federation as far as I understand it. I never heard of anything else.
