Having looked in all of the usual places on the net for bogu, I am a little stumped ... I have found the nice drop down menus for Men and Kote sizes but nothing in the way of a nice easy drop down Do size menu ... the reason being that I'm fairly heavily built and would like to get my hands on a Do that fits.
Thanks in advance ;o)

Most places asks for your waist/chest size when ordering bogu. (Online shops usually at the ordering page it self)..otherwise mail them and ask.

Ask for XL stuff. Most shops have it on catalog

Doh size is usually measured by measuring the desired distance across the back ie the width of the opening. Anything larger than about 40 cm will usually require special order - you may have to get a bamboo doh if you need a really big size. These sorts of issues can usually be resolved by e-mailing the supplier.

Dear Neil,
Regarding back opening for bamboo doh, the average size is between 40 & 45 cm... so no need to place any special order. Some of the companies also arrange fitting for "oversized" kenshi for free or with small supplement. In all cases, don't hesitate to ask them...they'll not bite!

That's not what I said - I said fibreglas doh was only commonly available up to 40 cm, then after that special order fibreglass or bamboo doh. The supplier we use (Koei) has 3 basic sizes of 60 slat bamboo doh, the largest supports the 40-45 cm opening. If you need larger than 45, then you might have to go up to a 64 slat doh.
At any rate, ordering bogu by picking drop-downs on a website is iffy unless you're familiar with the stock sizes - better to send your measurements and get some advice on what to order.
