some girls actually manage to keep the tsukagawa TIDY CLEAN SUPER WHITE... how? i have no ·$&/(#~¬€ clue ^___^ BUT, i won't forget that day when that girl almost cried because i tried her shinai for a second, and had stained it blue with my kote...

The funny thing is I have placed a single, dark green dragon fly on my tsukagawa between where the hands grip. I did this just because I was tired of trying to figure out which one was mine since it is one of the basic shini that the club sells us beginners. And here I was worried that it was too ostentatious.



I liked it because it matched my home made shini bag of similar design.

Ahhh the 'joke' about Hello Kitty attachments for bogu..... There are some things you don't joke about - because they are actually real and Hello Kitty bogu stuff is one of those things!

I think it was Mingshi ages ago who posted a link to a Hello Kitty zekken.

I know that I personally received as a gift a magnificent HOT PINK Hello Kitty tenugui with 'Mushin' written on it along with the Hello Kitty picture.

I was amazed and fascinated - for you Australians out there - the tenugui went to Mel Smith - I have yet to see her wear it. Maybe she keeps it for special occasions!

I miss my Hello Kitty tenugui.
