The number of suburi

Wow, going through that old thread, people sure do a lot of suburi. Here's some advice I got years ago: only do as many suburi as you can do correctly. 100 correct suburi is better than 1000 lazy ones. If your arms are just going up and down you're not doing them correctly. If you are making each one crisp and stopping it with good te-no-uchi, 100 should be plenty. If anyone can do 1000 correct suburi in a row, my hat is off to them.
