Había una vez un señor que se fue a aprender kendo al Japón, y
llevaba como 5 años estudiando, pero nada que aprendía, no podía dar
ni un men o kote bien, y ya cansado y aburrido se decidió a hablar
con su maestro que era uno de esos viejitos como de 100 años que
enseñan artes marciales.
Llegó el día que iba a hablar con su maestro y le dijo: "No,
maestro, estoy cansado de esto, llevo como 5 años de mi vida aquí
desperdiciados y no se ni dar bien ni un men, ya no puedo más, me
voy..."
El maestro se queda mirándolo seriamente a los ojos y con voz
misteriosa le dice:
Has visto al atardecer cuando las gaviotas vuelan flamantes por la llanura?"
Y el joven responde:
Sí, sensei."
Has visto cuando los hipopótamos se revuelcan en el fango?"
Sí, sensei."
Has visto cuando los leopardos se aparean en el ocaso."
Sí, sensei."
Ves, por estar viendo tonterías es que no aprendes $%&@#!"

Once upon a time there was a man who went to learn kendo to japan, and after 5 years of studying there, he couldnt even deliver a men or kote blow properly,
and so it was that tired and bored, he decided to talk to his master, who was one of those old men like 100 years old that are always teaching martial arts.
so the day came, and the pupil told his master:
"Master im tired of this training, i have wasted like 5 years of my life here, and i cant even land a men blow properly, i can take it no more, im outa here...."
and so, the master eyes him seriously and asks him in a misterious voice:
"My son, have you seen the sea gulls (kind of bird) fly across the fields at noon?"
and the pupil answers:
"Yes, Sensei"
"Have you seen the hippos tossing around in the mud?"
"Yes, Sensei"
"Have you seen the mighty leopards mate at sunset?"
"Yes, Sensei"
"You see, watching all this nonsense is the reason why you dont learn a thing, you piece of $%&@#!"
