Sojin shinai

Just saw a sojin shinai. :D
I want one! I can just see the face of the beginners when i say "today i will fight you with this using jodan" :D :D :D

But why not just sell subui bokken? Why make it as a shinai? It´s not really meant to be used for striking people is it? :eek:

It's not used for kendo, just suburi. Plus they have suburi bokkens. The reason why they make it a shinai is so it has more of a shinai feel so when you change your grip doesn't have to.
