question about orders

Hi. I e-mailed with an order question and don't know if it got through...

(1) Is the "Kendoka" DVD formatted for North American (Region 1 ??) DVD players?

(2) Do you offer discounts on S & H if we order multiple back issues and KW Publications books together?

The DVD is region-free, but in PAL format. I haven't been able to try it out on an NTSC system yet to see what happens, though.

If you order enough, we will try and charge less for S&H, but even on bulk orders, the shipping cost per weight unit doesn't actually change much, I'm afraid.
