I recently moved to Misawa Japan, and was attempting to determine whether the JASDF has any kendo practices on-base. Does anyone have any info or contacts?

i know it has been over a year since your post, but did you ever find any kendo training? i recently moved to Misawa and started learning from a friend just before my move.
