I usually go with e-bogu for most of my equipment. Chibabogu has very a very beautiful set of bogu. Try checking e-kendo, they have good equipment and they are affordable( if money is a concern for you). Good luck.

the koei is less expensive than the e-bogu so money is important too... for the same quality...

for the quality i think it almost the same these are known societies so they sell good quality...
