Dojo in Bath

G'day. Yup, I finally found out where I will be working and yes its in the lovely city of Bath. I heard its over 1 1/2 hours from London. So I was wondering where is the nearest dojo and what is the best way to get there?

Or is there a dojo in Bath itself?

if not training will be limited to Saturday or Sunday sessions :(

This is organised by day rather than location. Dont know why I did this... but here you go:

Bristol is the closest, but its a v. small club I believe. (TUE)

NAGAMITSU in Birmingham is maybe do-able too.. but thats an extra commute. (WED)

If you have a car got to CHELTENHAM AND GLOUCESTER dojo on a thursday night. Honda sensei runs the class there (British Squad Coach) and there are a few of the best young japanese kendoka in the UK there too. (THU)

On the weekends come to WAKABA on saturday (central london) followed by loads of beers. The majority of members are from HIZEN (a few who are on this board). (SAT)

If you can make sunday morning keiko at MUMEISHI (London, near heathrow airport) that is good too. Lots of high grades and general fun. Bit difficult to get to without a car though. (SUN)

I was looing at the dojo lists and was wonderinghow easy is it to get to Oxford? (eg. by train from Bath) I don't know my current transport situation but yeah, Oxford probably has the best timeframe for me.

Also if Mingshi is out there I will probably be going to Hong Kong in 2004 to work so I'lll see ya there for a keiko as well.
