rembuden taikia questions

has anyone here competed in the rembuden taikia before that are not from new Zealand because i was told it was a good international comp to compete in and i was wondering how many international people have competed in it. The reason i ask is that iam reasonably short on funds and need to pick the comps that i travel to wisely so any imput would be much appreciated
