Please allow time-based searches

To forum admin:

Please enable time-based searches, such as finding all posts that were made yesterday, last week, etc.

The "New Posts" search does not work well. Sometimes I hit that search function but then have to leave the website before finishing browsing through all the new posts. If I come back later, I would not be able to find all those new, unread-by-me posts easily.

Have you tried the "advanced search" beneath the search button?

I did try it before posting. The advanced search required me to enter something in the Key Words or User Name field. After that I could specify a time period as a search option. I could not search with only a time period.
