I ordered tabi not long ago from eurobogu, I measured my foot to the correct size and they arrived. Sadly after waiting 3 months for them to arrive they didn't fit, 2cm to small.
I emailed eurobogu and they said they cannot do an exchange or refund, i am furious that i give them my money and they cannot do anything about it!
I am not happy and I dont know what to do, surely they are wrong. Every other supplier allows you to return goods.

Wow that's surprising... the reason many people don't order clothing or anything sized from an online place is PRECISELY because of fears like this. Everywhere I've ever ordered from would accept a return on "like new" items with the complete packaging, but I usually had to pay to ship it back to them, which seemed like a fair trade. You'd think that they would want to keep you as a customer, since there are MANY other items that you could concevably order from them in the future (like, say, a BOGU) that cost much more than a pair of tabi. I guess if I were in your shoes (tabi? ;) ) I'd call them again, and explain to them that while they are well within their rights to refuse to accept a return on an item like this, that you are well within YOURS to never order from them again. You might need to talk to a supervisor, as sometimes the poor phone monkeys are only doing what they have been authorized to, and getting mad at them is just upsetting to everyone and non-productive to boot.
Good luck!

I don't know what's going on at eurobogu, but my sensei was using them as preferred suplier. Recently he's starting to switch to other suppliers due to bad customer care and high prices. He was really reluctant, but he's been receiving nothing but bad news about them from fellow kendokas and one of our own kyu's is already waiting two months on a bogu after paying and they're not even replying to emails.

Well i am absolutely furious. theres no way that i am calling them to waste a phone bill.
I am shocked and disapointed at them as being a supplier, e-kendo's service was A+ compared to them.
I guess if they are not going to give me an exchange or refund i might as well sell them, i've only tried them on once, its not as if i can wear them.

Hi Sarah...
If you sent measurements to eurobogu and they sent you the wrong size then the should replace the tabi with the correct size at no additional cost to you (including return postage)...
Send an e-mail to their customer services pointing out that it is their error and that you are not prepared to accept any additional charges...
If you want a hand with this just PM me and I will sort it out...
cheers

irrespective of what happens with the return re:eurobougu, i would try both Martial arts Superstore http://www.martialartsuperstore.com/Merchant2/4.13/merchant.mv
Dave does tabi boots, tabi socks, or try Blitz http://www.blitzsport.com/kendo/extras.htm
who do the tabi foot protectors i'm not sure which tabi you are looking for, i can also get them for trade price, so if you want to PM me, i can maybe pass the on to you at a seminar, Glasgow is next week but i'm not that quick but the trade prices make them cheap enough not to worry about!
