Does anyone know if there's going to be a promotion test at the Cleveland Taikai? I can't find any mention of it, and no registration forms for it on their website. Of course, the possibility of my having overlooked it is pretty good.

6. We are planning to have a promotion test given by the Greater Northeastern United
Sates Kendo Federation between 10AM and 12:00 noon on Sunday, April 17, 2005.
If you are a member of a different regional federation, you will need an approval from
the president of your regional federation. Please mail your application with the testing
fee of $10.00 made out to “GNEUSKF” to 916 11th Street, Portsmouth, OH 45662
by April 9, 2005. please submit the written test answers when you take the test. Time
permitting, we will have a general practice afterwards.

As far as I am aware, the testing will be through 4-dan.

Thanks for the quick replies guys. I have a registration form for tournament. Maybe that doubles as the registration form?

There is a seperate promotional exam form that I can email you or anyone interested along with the registration form, directions, waiver form, etc. I've got it all scanned nice and pretty like in a PDF. PM me or email me and I'll send it your way.
