what's with the dots by the usernames?

I noticed that some people have blue dots, and some people have green dots by their usernames. what does this mean? Sorry, a pretty pointless question I know, I was just curious.

I think some of your questions could be answered in either the User CP or the FAQ, but if you can't find the answer after a search there or in the forum threads, then most certainly you should ask.

Sometimes if you point your cursor at something for a few seconds a message will come up and tell you what it is. The same with the online/offline dots. Just in case you didn't know. =) Well, you probably figured it out by now anyway. ^^;
