I spent the last four days trying to get on to kendo world on several computers and I always got a database error, did anyone else have problems?

We all did. Some say it was a hack, whatever. Just be glad it's back up. ^_^

Yeah, we got hacked just as I was in transit for a few days, so it took a bit of time to get our backups online again.
