Is it me or is the search function really that crap?
I've searched for afew topics that seem very simple and easy to find but it results in nothing like what it was supposed to be!

Pre war kendo: Question about contacting a university dojo
webjunkie401 (High lighted the word Kendo)

Bogu shops: Building your own Bogu Stand ( 1 2 )
Rafeal (Bogu searched)

Miyamoto musashi: Learning to dance ( 1 2 )
Reubino (Miyamoto musashi searched)

Shiai: What kind of Dojo do you practice in?
nothing (Shiai searched) <Pre war kendo was found too :D>.

As with most things, its the question you ask that's the most important. If you only search on one keyword you'll find it hard to get exactly what you're looking for, unless all you want is to find the post that used it the most.

Thanks for your reply Hamish,
I've tried to find things that sound quite simple a few times but ever time I have a hard time finding them.
I'm wondering if I should write more or less or try words that arn't used much.

Some one tell me how long it takes to find the post on Inoue-sensei's Ichinikai kendo instruction DVD...

No offense, but I can't stand the search function. If I want something, it almost never finds things for me. I try hard to make it so simple for the computer too. :( Sorry Hamish-san.

it's amazing that you can despise the search engine so much but still be able to find anything that anyone asks for :ko:

Not sentences, but more than one word will get you a better result.

Doesn't matter.. I love Kendo-world but I hate thier search engine.....
