I`d get a top (t-shirt shape with v-neck) for running/jogging, made out of whatever hightech fibers they are using.

they are also called juban, you might look for that specific name and I'm sure you'll find lots of different ones.

You can wear a camisole; that's nice and thin. Otherwise, you can let your keikogi absorb the sweat.

A lot of kendoka in my club wear Under Armour (http://www.underarmour.com/ua2/ua/gear.asp?dept%5Fid=1) brand t-shirts. I've found they do a great job of dispersing sweat and helping you cool off. Very important here in the Arizona desert.
I'm sure any of the new trendy hightech-fiber shirts will work, but this brand has a "loose gear" line that doesn't restrict shoulder/arm movements during suburi.

You can always use an oversized v-neck T-shirt, (if you want a inexpensive option), a 3-pack runs around $8.00. Works for me.

Black cotton v-neck tee. It's practically invisible if you're tying your gi properly, and cotton wicks the sweat off of you. And hey, they're cheap- why spend $30 or more for something that's basically the exact same thing?

Just as a side note...if you want the color close, wash white Tees with your hakama and keikogi. Voila, instant indigo tee shirts. Or opt for the black ones.
