2006 Australian National Kendo Championships [Archive]

Hi all

Does anybody know the dates for the 2006 national kendo championships due to be held in Perth, Western Australia? Is there a site where this info has been posted? I'd like to know about opportunities for doing a dan examination.

Most events are listed here: http://www.kendoaustralia.asn.au/

But I believe the Nationals are slotted into Easter weekend every year, which means 15th and 16th of April 2006. Gradings are usually on the Friday before the Championships.

However, the format varies a little from year to year e.g. seminar before vs. seminar after the Championships, and this may apply to the grading as well. When I see Brian I'll ask if this has been decided yet and get back to you.
