Hello everyone!!
Just wondering if there were people out there living in the Kansai area who would be interested in forming something like a Budo group(mainly sword art related but not exclusive)
Looking for people who can find the time to meet once a month or so to share training tips idea's and experience or just general Budo related chit chat.
Just a thought at the moment nothing set in concrete. Idea's and suggestions are most welcome.
Cheers

You might be able to find some Aikido people in Japan, if you want to pay for mats. -shrug- Just a idea.
Peace and Love.
PS. I am not in Japan, just giving suggestions.

The mats may cost alot. If you cna find a Aikido sensei to do some helping in his spare time, that'd be great. As for kendo, I'd imagine have half wood, half mat, I assume you have a large space. Or, you could have enough space for only two people on a section of mat, and have the students from a line, and have a single guy throw all students, and then switch to the other guy, or soemthing like that.
Sorry if this did not make sense.
Peace and love.

HAhahahahah!
Yes it made sense. Don't worry,
Actually I am a member of a dojo over here so have plenty of places to train in. Actually looking at doing some outdoor training or something, you know get back to nature kind a thing. I do a little training in the park sometimes and its great being outside with all that open space.

Dang, wish I would have seen this earlier. We're just packing up to return to the US after a year. I've been training in Kobe in thick Kansai-ben... and usually the only gaijin in the room. It'd have been nice to be able to get to the bottom of some of the subtleties with another English speaker.
Ah well, I'll keep your contact for my return (sooner rather than later, I hope.)
