MCCC - small space, nice floor, big mirrors. No showers :(. Great people, very social club. Head instructor is Tom Yamashita, assisting him is Corie Namba. They're a pretty large club, 30+. They have close ties to Steveston Dojo in Richmond, BC and run a seminar every seminar with Murao-sensei (Canadian team coach).

OK - I'll always take a beer. I should have written "run a seminar every October" there, in case you were wondering.
When are you moving?

Moving after Summer....Im actually from Manitoba, so i should say "moving back". We have recieved a letter from Corie, kind of a pre-warm-welcome, with information regarding a november seminar in the "Peg", does this ring any bells??

That would be their normal seminar. It's late October or early November, depends on Murao-sensei's schedule. We usually send a few people, so does Regina.

Dont quote me on this but i think Corie said the 7th of November. Me and my (will be) wife should be there for that seminar. I'll double check the date though.

The date doesn't usually get firmly set until September. It's a little easier next year as Murao-sensei doesn't have the Team Canada commitments he does right now.
