Has anyone seen this Dragon Associates production?

Yes. I had it. Gave it as a gift to my departing japanese sensei.

It's a 60's video, poorly shot by U.S Occupation Troops. It shows very high ranking people demonstrating equipment, history, targets and then various bouts, including nito, jodan and chudan. It finishes with the tachi kata and then a demo of Omori Ryu Iai.

It has only 30 minutes and it's not very useful as a learning tool. But it's nice to take a glimpse at how kendo was 40 years ago.

i saw that video before. i think that's what got me into kendo.
