The little green box next to my post numbers says I am on a distinguished road. What does that mean? Is there a way to be on a not distinguised road?

Others may be able to answer better than I. The little scale in the upper right border of your post allows people to add or subtract from your reputation.

I imagine if you get a bad reputation that the little green square would turn yellow or red? It's all very subjective however. You could go and vote for your friends and give them a big reputation that might not agree with everyone else's views.

I don't think that anyone pays much attention to it.

So a true student of the sword would want to stay balanced. Staying modest, not tipping one way, and not being a mr. crabby hakama and tipping the other. Nice and centered. I think you're tight, no one really pays much atention to it. Heck I didn't even notice it.
