The Number of Issues and Stuff?

According to the back issue order page, the first issue was in Dec of 2001? If so and there are four issues per year, shouldn't we be on 4.2 now? Latest issue was 3.1 for me. Was there a few years with less than 4 issues?

Because this is pretty much a volunteer project, and we all have lives, we changed our policy slightly. A subscription is worth 4 issues. That does not mean that there will be 4 issues per year (although that would be ideal), it means that if you subscribe you will get 4 issues. In other words, it is not a yearly subscription. By the way, we are finishing Volume 3 Issue #2 right now. Hopefully when we get more people volunteering their writing and reporting skills, we will be able to up the production rate.
