no, that one was of someone shooting 1 pistol bullet at the katana which was cleanly cut in half...

this is with sick ppl abusing a katana...

i was gonna write a thread on this, me and my best friend has oppisite views in a battle what would be your weapon of choice, his considerin he is obsessed with Halo 2 for xbox said a gun, i said a Katana or naginata, personally i don't like any new weaponry from the first rifle upwards apart from bow and arrow, but i think guns are sort of cowardly, i kno im gonna get stick though lol as most of u think guns or in this case machineguns are better.

if your opponents are armed with guns, you should use guns... although i agree that people were better off without guns, killing people with blades was so much more fun... :P

In many years when guns are regarded as museum pieces people will remember the good old days when you used real bullets instead of these cowardly lasers. They are all just weaponry, none is more cowardly than the other. If anything modern warfare is less "violent" than the old ones.

I meant the second link that's farther down on that first page. The one in the post where they wrote something to the effect of, "You haven't seen anything yet." I tried it a little bit ago but for some reason it no longer works. That link showed you the whole section of that program going from the intro where they show a slow motion clip of that machine gun ripping apart a water tank to after the sword cuts six bullets before breaking.

what skill is there in using a gun absoultly none.
thats completely wrong, you've probably never shot a gun before, but it does require some skill...
(the crudest of all guns is probably the Desert Eagle .50 that gun can use hollow point bullets, which are bullets with concave points, so instead of penetrating into the person, it'll 'dig' a fist sized hole into them.. i'd rather be cut by a katana)

Could you please explain on this "modern warfare is less violent"?
What exactly do you mean?

Is it that modern soldiers don't actualy FACE the enemy?
Or that people bleed less in modern wars?
Or that civilians don't get killed by "precision weapons"?
