I'm kind of confused about how you wrote this...when you say this one...are you referring to yourself? Anyway, I found some information about Gensai here.

Yeah, he's referring to himself. He's been reading the Rurouni Kenshin manga. :)
Kenshin is translated as speaking that way in the English version of the manga.
