Following link shows Hurugawa sensei's tsuki lesson in streaming video.
Hurugawa sensei was high school teacher of Eiga brothers, and he is famous for his tsuki.

Well the instruction is in Japanese.
Good find senjlee. I've been looking for something like this for a while since while ppl teach tsuki, none have gone into the depth that this video goes into..

OMG, he looks so bloody young in the video!! No white hair?
Furukawa-sensei was visiting Hong Kong just last weekend. Yesterday he and my favourite nanadan sensei ran into a ai-tsuki competition during jikeiko, and literally tsuki-ing him and everybody else to death (smiling in with a devilish "heh he he" all the way....)

Some of the ways he showed in this video are the same we used in our tsuki training.

About half of the links on the list at the bottom of that page are lessons of Furukawa (I spelled it Hurugawa) sensei about Men uchi, Kote uchi, various Ouji waza, kirikaeshi, kakarigeiko.
Currently, following is the translation of the list (It can be modified later)
number content
22. Kirikaeshi
21. Waza practice
20. Men-uchi
10. Suriage
8. Jodan
7. Do-uchi
6. Tsuki
...etc
You can try randomly still for valuable lessons and demos.
Also, following link has list of Yuko-datotsu from various taikai (most of them from Japan) more than hundred of them.

Hurugawa? sensei's tsuki is so beautiful. His body is totally in it. We are always taught to use our body to hit tsuki and not our arms.

I have tried to use some program for recording stream video, but so far not successful.
Apparently, the adminstrator of that web page sends out free CD copy of Furukawa's lesson for those requesting it. It has to be free, since it's illegal to make business out of it without license.
You might try to contact him for a copy.
Though, due to the high demand, he cannot but to choose to be a guy hard to reach.

I cant understand why he would prefer to be asked to send a copy of a CD than letting people downloading it directly....it's nice to have these on internet.......but the lag is terrible so I just get the sound.......:(

You watched a real keiko...!
It's completelly different than watching videos...
Videos are good, but cannot catch the real environment of such great fights.
Did you sparred with him?

I don't really know, kendo-Max.
But he must have a reason, cause a lot of people, I believe, already had asked him the same question.
If I get lucky enough to get a copy, I would send you one.
Cheers!

Unfortunately the connection is so poor that it doesn't seem able to grab all of it properly. Is anyone out there having better luck?

In our dojo, we don't really go over tsuki. It's good to see how it is done by such a skilled sensei.

Tsuki is pretty daunting in video. Seeing the one receiving it move so far back like that after it is pretty scary...I can't imagine receiving anything like that. I might just curl up in a fetal position and sob for a little.

Hello to everyone, this is my first post, I am a kenshin from Peru. I have been trying to improve my tsuki, especially my katate tsuki but everytime I think it is perfect during training it gets terrible during shiai. What can I do to improve it? I could not see the korean videos, I think the link for the videos is already dead, how is the the training from Eiga/Furukawa Sensei? Please Mugu-san, could you send me the videos you captured? Thanks to everyone for your advice.

Hello everybody, I'm a newcomer on this board and this is my first message.
I have read this discussion with great interest, then I've tried to get an hold of this video on the web, but my search has been useless as it has been removed or deleted from the websites that hosted it.
So here I am again to ask anyone here for the video, a link or even having it sent to me directly. Please let me know, I can trade with other video stuff or else.
Thanks. :)

Thanks a lot Mugu! I have just downloaded and watched it! What to say... that's the typical scenario where you would like to be anything else than the tomodachi... :confused2
Anyways, thanks for being so kind to give me the link for the video, that has been really appreciated.
Are you from Minneapolis? I have been there once, in 2004, nice and neat place.
That's it. Thanks again.

I have most of the 'collection'... however they are in FLV format, and youtube doesnt like them for some reason... i wish they'd be better way to distribute them...
on that note, i can't say much more than what others have said about the videos... they are basically same drills you'd do in your dojo... however to see them being laid out step by step (more or less), they are really helpful... especially for folks like most of us who dont get to practice everyday... watching the video is like having an introspection of your kendo... allowing me to visualize myself doing good kendo (yeah right)... x.x haha.
i'm still trying to convert the flvs into format youtube likes... hm...

If so then what about uploading them directly on rapidshare? So you won't have to waste time converting the files and the quality will be much better.
If I am not wrong, on rapidshare you can upload files up to 100 MB each.
Just an idea, thanks again for sharing such interesting material.

IMO the source's quality isnt all that great to begin with. >.<
i think uploading to youtube ensures they stay on for everyone... :) probably in a day or two, i'll try to get most up.
