What exactly is Kobudo?

eum, kobudo and koryu refer to old martial arts, such as kenjutsu, jujitsu etc.

however, kobudo, although the word means "old martial art" is the name of an okinawan weapon martial art, created by farmers during samurai oppression.

it uses simple common farm tools, and some other ones.
such as- tonfa, sai, nunchaku, pole(bo)
