Books about hara and ki

Does anybody know about any books, that are written in english that deal with hara and/or ki.
I want to do some research, but would appreciate any opinions on texts that you would recommend.

Haven't read the first. The second one is good (I only skimmed it), but out of print. Some libraries might have it, or Amazon 2nd hand. It's by a German guy who seems very knowledgeable but a little earnest FML. Still, probably has the kind of info you're looking for. :)

by Kouzo Kaku (Global Oriental, 2000)
and * The Breath of Life: Using the Power of Ki for Maximum Vitality
by Kouzo Nishino (Kodansha, 1997)

Yamaoka's book is interesting and a quick read, and a search on Amazon will locate the others for you. There's a lot more out there too of course, but the above titles will be a good start...
