Good morning!
I am working on making up a sales pitch that I can use to convince businesses to start in house kendo clubs.
What I am looking for is some information/studies that show a positive connection between exercise and work productivity. I know some Japanese companies have their own Kendo teams that work out during the work day; on lunch or whenever. I would like to find out what effect that "break" has on their overall productivity. If I can show that employees are better off with a workout in the middle of the day, it will give me a foot in the proverbial door.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I might find information like this? Any and all help is appreciated.
Thanks!
