Masamune was a swordsmith, not a sword.

no its not a character its a GF.. Gilgamish, i like oden more though with his zantenzuken..or wateva GO FF8 one of the coolest game eva by square soft!!!

nah, the MASSIVE sword was cloud's, sephiroth was the one with the really really LOOOOOOOONG sword (a lil over 4 meters) and i believe there is a real sword, its called an odatchi (although the longest one ever found was just about 3 meters i think), the one with sephiroth was an odachi called the masamune (the masamuni isnt real though). the odachi was used in old japanese wars to "swing" into the enemy, against horses usually, chopping thair legs off :evil: .
