yeah....advertising for stuff like this is not permited on these forums as far as i know......

and i think that wualifys since all it is is and off shoot of a self help shop...

Yep, goal setting is good for you. Without them you can end up putting a lot of effort into something and still feel no satisfaction, or worse still bumble around through life not really achieving anything.

What a surprise :wink: I don't think you can find a goal setting book or workshop that doesn't tell you to write things down!

well it is rude, so don't say it. Light has always posted fairly on this forum and if you don't believe me go check the flames section (Yep! He was even nice on there :lick: ).

actually, I AM part of the Omoto-Kyo, but that does NOT mean they tell me to do these kind of things, and they do NOT run my life - I haven;t even been to any of their Temples, and I'm the only one i know of that is part of such a organization.
