Missing "Insert Image" Icon in User CP for sig and sometimes it's missing in posts.

I wonder where the "Insert Image" Icon is? It isn't ever there in the "Edit Signature" portion of the User CP.

It also sometimes is missing when trying to post a pic in a thread.

Can we get it back please?

I think I got rid of the image in sig option, due to so many large images being put in, making it a real pain to read a lot of threads. I don't have any intention of bringing that option back, but posting an image in a thread should still be usable.
