Someone with 9 posts on their record could hardly have spamed the boards. Admittedly, there are nicer ways to put the question, but if you are going to crush the newbies, at least do it in style.

Wow. Is that a request or demand? Mr Kenshi, you do sound desperate...
My question is, how much are you willing to pay? (I take payments by email through Paypal :D)
There is no free lunch in this world.

Kenshi, people respond a little better if you appear to have done some research beforehand, rather than 'tell me everything because I can't be bothered looking myself' which is what your post sounded like, although you may not have intended that.

Apparently, he desparately needs to learn people skills in addition to library skills.

Kendo in the 1940's is a tough one.
He's what would probably be best for you. You would need to contact the "Nippon Budo Kan" and ask for the "Nippon Kendo Renmei". They would have all the information that you would need.
If you need to get the address and contact information, just contact any Japanese Counsulate in the U.S. and they will be able to help you out.
Hope this helps you in your search.
Peace...

Kent,
My apologies, I did see his post on e-budo just yesterday, and it was stunning in the depth of its stupidity and rudeness. You are perfectly right.
