As you all know not every country that has kendo is affiliated to the IKF, I know this may sound stupid but is there a size requirement or something else that is needed for a country to become an IKF affiliate or is it just the simple fact that these countries have not registered to the IKF?

and on a side note, can a kendoka from a non IKF affiliate country participate in the WKC?
For refernce:
list ((for reference:list
the one with * is not a affiliate of IKF

A bit of both. Some South American countries were recently admitted, my recollection is that they were nominated by neighbouring countries who were already IKF afilliates.

WKC is for members of IKF afilliates only.

You train within the IKF structur now, so does your reply mean that you are returning to somewhere?

If so, make yourself known where you are now and when you go back (??) start a kendo club !!
