Hello my fellow Kendo friends,
Does anyone know how to knot a 3 loop tsukagawa? I have one here at home right now, but i have no idea to knot it. Does anyone know? and show me an illustration of how to do it?
(I know how to knot a 1 loop tsukagawa)
Thanks!

Go to the "FAQ" section and my post "newbie information in here", it's tucked away in one of the links about how to prepare a shinai - or just google it

Perhaps he means one like this (http://www.e-bogu.com/PhotoGallery.asp?ProductCode=EBO%2DKEN%2DSHI%2DTQS HIAIPARTKIT%2D%2D). I have no idea how to tie tha though.

Exactly like that one on e-bogu. (moreover, it IS that one)
I've found a page after a long search (second day of searching) which explains how to retie a 3 looped one, this one is pretty much it!
Also thanks to mr. Paul Budden for his reply on the direct email which indirectly led to this link!

Thanks everyone for their reply

i had the same problem as you, but the solution was quite simple. You have to take the 2 outside loops and pull on them to loosen the 3rd which creates 2 longer loops. Hope that was a help.
