for past bekkasei-question

hey guys, I wanted to ask an important question for those of you european,past bekkasei.
When you tested for shodan or something in budodai, do you need a paper from your federation back in europe?How does it work?is the shodan certification recognized normally in europe?

never been to budai. but you will need your past certificate to grade in japan.

you might also need to get authority from your local (european) association. please check with them.... early.
