Ninjas are often portrayed in modern media as equals or Superior to samurai. but in fact the ninja were considered to be ranked below the horse. samurai would perfect the art of fighting and chivalry in a sense, where as ninja would perfect the art of lying and deception. A samurai's life would be about Honor and servitude and a ninja would kill you, while you slept, for money.
Not to be disrespectful to anyone who practices 'ninjutsu' but Those are the facts ninja were scum. hiring ninja was disgraceful. and to accuse someone of hiring ninja would be such a great insult to that person that you risked your life in the accusation.

An interesting item, many times, "Ninja" were Samurai status.
There is much myth, and stories about them that it is often hard to separate fact from fiction.

C'mon! It's a joke! A joke! Don't get all serious on us. Personally, I loved it. I want one for my birthday.
I think most people here probably know the difference between a band of samurai and a headsock full of ninja. However, that doesn't stop the filmclip from Peaches from being cool or the short film A Ninja Pays Half My Rent (the link to which I will post as soon as I find it...)
I also have a deep interest in western medieval history but that doesn't stop me from enojoying Monty Python's Holy Grail, if you get what I mean.
