Once keiko has finished, we will be moving to the Izumi no Mori dining hall on campus for food and drinks and a chance to socialise with the sensei and participants.

We have many great prizes that will be given away in a raffle. Kendo World will be giving away some books and magazines, Kenbudo in Chiba have donated some shinai, and Kumamoto based All Japan Budogu have supplied us with a pair of Jissengata kote and a couple of goody bags. Shogun Kendogu from Osaka have supplied us with a fantastic mystery prize called The Kiwada Package, named after the reigning All Japan Champion, Kiwada Daisuke. We have been sworn to secrecy as to the contents of the package, but whoever wins it will not be disappointed.

We hope to see you there.

    All the best,

    The Kendo World Team
